Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed in response to a claim and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to hello@happygrowthmarketing.com that includes:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the Website before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction described in our Terms & Conditions and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice, or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
